Excellent shorts, chamois for long runs, small size like Castelli - Sportful.

Great bib nicks

These are great bibnicks. I am 175cm tall, about 73kg. The Large size is firm, giving a bit of compression feeling. The legs are quite long, coming to just above my knees, and the grippers keep them firmly in place, without excessive pressure. The 4H pad is very comfortable without too much bulk. Highly recommended.
