Good quality, as in everything Shimano does. They are not the lightest, but they are very well adjusted and transfer power very well. I am 1.89 meters tall and I am testing its 4 mm longer axles, which should make my legs more aligned, reducing the risk of knee injuries and improving pedaling.

Hello, these pedals are very effective if they are used with the appropriate shoes, however in tennis or basketball, it is not comfortable at all: the rear of the pedal (where the adjustment is located) is higher ´approximately 17 mm. Your foot will therefore rest on this part. For a short trip, it´s not impossible but it´s not made for that. By using the pedal in reverse you can drop your foot but it is very slippery and will depend on the sole of your shoes. Knowing that balancing the pedal always returns it to the clip position, it will not be easy to use. Last point, these pedals are narrow, the contact surface is not sufficient if you do not use it with the cleats provided.

Yes you can, on an urgent situation or just to move around. They offer a limited foot base but is ok for occasional moving around, not actually going on for a ride. They are specifically made for road cleat shoes. Cheers

Good morning. Technically, they are pedals for specific use with Road shoes, but I use them with sneakers, occasionally and for short distances, to get to work without problems. I hope I have clarified your doubts.
