I don´t quite understand the question: maximum range? Anyway, on the campagnolo home page, go to assistance/support/documentation and select the document type. In the Technical Features section you may find what you are looking for. Alternatively, you can contact them directly and ask. They answer; They have done it with me on several occasions.

From the fork mounting hole (scissors) you have a maximum distance of 53 mm for 700 wheels. It will depend on the fork that adjusts that distance, vintage bikes sometimes have it very long and the brake shoes do not reach the track. braking
