Height: 165cm, inseam: 76cm, wearing size S. Just the right size. I tried various products from other manufacturers, but now I've settled on ALE.

Acceptable value for money but not the best I've seen in the brand. The straps and the ends of the legs have a silicone tape that prevents the shorts from moving while you pedal. Good point in this regard. At the level of warmth I have not been able to test it well, in the middle of winter, but the feeling is that it is similar to a Gobik or a Sporful of the same range for what it should be worth. Compression leaves a lot to be desired. It is true that it does not move when pedaling but it does not have the second skin effect that other shorts in the same range have. The chamois is the strong point of the garment, very good. According to the brand, the shorts are road oriented, but the chamois is thick enough to put in long MTB training sessions. EYE on the sizing. According to the tables on the official website of ALÉ and bike inn and other platforms, I should use L (1.85m and 73KG). So I had to go back and get an M. And even so, as I said, the compression is not very high.
