It's a great overshoe with snug fit and relatively easy to put on and take off. It will keep your shoe dry and toasty. It will accumulate sweat in the shoe but works like a swimsuite by keeping you warm despite the sweat. On those extra cold days add a thermal sock.

They are made specifically for road shoes, they will cover the studs of the MTB shoe and you will have no grip. Personally I don´t recommend them for MTB, for the road they are great. All the best
