Overcurve is a shoe construction featuring a staggered collar that wraps around the ankle, tracing the natural misalignment of the ankles two bony protrusions: the lateral and medial malleoli. The result is an asymmetrical shape, with the throat of the shoe curving over the foot from its outside to its inner side.
The closure is fast and secure, powered by a micro-adjustable BOA IP1 dial and a Velcro strap for a fine tune fit of the forefoot area.
The R5 Nylon composite outsole is supple and comfortable even in the long haul but without compromising pedalling efficiency.

Recommend sizing up (I usually wear EU size 38, got those in a size 39 and they fit perfectly; my usual size would be too small).

Hi, I want to give my wife some Fizik r5 Overcurve shoes and I'm doubting what size to buy. The foot of my wife measures 24.3 cmts and looking at the equivalence of Fizik that you have would have the number 38, what makes me doubt is that all the shoes you have is the 39 both in street shoes as for example in Sidi which is also the 39, even in Spiuk takes the 40 and in adidas running in 39 1/3. So I would like you to recommend me the correct size that I should buy to avoid changes later, thanks and regards.
