Yes, if it's a Hollowtech II-type, threaded bottom bracket. The newer Dura-Ace BB-9000 and BB-R9100 bottom brackets will require the use of the plastic reducer (TL-FC24) that is included when you buy the BB, as these cups have a smaller outside diameter.
