If my wheel has a diameter of 26cm, I understand that this model is not suitable, since it is for 28cm wheels. Is that so?

If your tire is 26 it is not valid since this cover is for 700c tires equivalent to 27.5

That is correct. A 700C tyre only fits a 28” rim.

I use it with a tube, but it can be tubed if you have the rim prepared for it. High quality cover, it has good grip in curves and wet conditions. Good mileage. I´ve been on it for 6,000 km without a single puncture. I think it´s more suitable for the rear.
