The torque wrench has good build quality and lots of bits. Its pretty good value. Minor issue is that you can accidentally change the torque setting while using it - quick fix is to make sure you are not gripping the black adjustment part at the end of the wrench while using it.

Does work on left rotation?

the Torque Wrench does work either on right either on left rotation? Or maybe the left rotation is just for unscrew without possibility of variable resistance?

The tightening torque acts only in a clockwise direction, to the right. To loosen, like a normal key; that is, it does NOT inform you of the torque applied to release a thread.
