Without a doubt they are the best tire kickers you can buy. They are made of plastic so they won't scratch the rims but they are also super resistant. I bought two pairs, one remains in the workshop and one is always in the tool kit on cycle trips or when I go out on a mountain bike.

I've used plenty of lever in my time, and I've never used a plastic lever that I've found to be this strong. These are especially useful when trying to fit difficult tubeless tires.
