Hello How to choose the right size 135 or 145 mm? My sit bones have a spacing of 130 mm in the middle

Hello, It would depend on how aggressive a position you take and the style of bike. I typically ride in the drops or on the hoods and would characterize my style of riding as more road and I use the 135 mm. If you sit upright more then you could consider the 145 mm. The saddle is extremely comfortable with just the right amount of padding. Hope that helps.

My seatbones are 110mm apart, and 135 width is perfect for me. By adding 25mm to your 130, I think 145 might even be too narrow for you. However, the more you lean forward on the bike, the narrower the saddle can be. Unfortunately, finding the right saddle might take several tries. Good luck.
