This is a great replacement for your SRAM Red pads, perfectly quiet and a thicker pad (thinner base) than the stock pads.

The pad weights the same as the worn out piece from SRAM, so am pleasantly pleased. Did a bed-in, then went out on a 70km ride. good bite feel and no noise. Recommended
