The stem comes with spacers and an integration kit. The stem and spacers are heavy and although well made, I would prefer a lighter option.

Yes. the only difference between the Vision SMR and FSA SMR stems is the logos.Vision is FSA´s time trial and triathlon sub-brand.

Does this stem fit on a Bianchi Aria 2023?

The Bianchi Aria 2023 doesn´t have FSA´s SMR (Smart Cable Routing) headset that this stem i designed around, so I´d recommend getting another stem.
